Block molding

HFP produces vertical EPS blocks from an automatic moulding machine.

This innovative process features a mould with adjustable walls to make insulation blocks that are later cut down for specific applications. The block itself is mold and moisture resistant, ensuring that the material will not decay over time, providing constant thermal resistance making it an energy-efficient choice for insulation. Our process ensures extreme flexibility, efficiency and effectiveness in production.
